The City of Ashland approved Resolution 3-26 to participate in the Ohio Department of Transportation’s 2026 statewide road salt contracts. Under this cooperative purchasing arrangement, Ashland will buy at least 85% of its electronically submitted salt quantity at the bid price per ton from the supplier awarded through ODOT’s bid process.
