After the initial term defined in Exhibit A, service may continue on a month-to-month (Monthly Renewal) basis at market-based energy costs plus applicable taxes, costs, charges, and fees as determined under the confirmation. Load Following Forward Purchases can be elected for one-year terms with at least 60 days’ notice and may be renewed for subsequent one-year terms.
