The Le Sueur EDA proposed a renewable one-year lease with the City of Le Sueur for the former Park Elementary playground area, to be used as an extension of American Legion Park. In lieu of rent, the City will provide mowing, turf care, equipment upkeep, and sidewalk snow removal.
