The Board is asked to approve a Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement with San Bernardino Valley Municipal Water District to create the Santa Ana Watershed Hydro Authority, enabling transfer and joint operation of SCE hydroelectric assets and associated funds. San Bernardino Valley will provide staffing and administrative services to the new authority.
