Tarrant County Elections Administrator entered into a joint agreement with multiple cities, school districts, and districts to administer the May 2, 2026 joint general and special elections and any June 13, 2026 runoff. The contract, estimated at $1.77 million in total, covers use of the county’s Hart InterCivic Verity voting system, staffing, supplies, polling locations, and tabulation services, with costs allocated pro rata among the participating authorities. Each entity will pay a 10% administrative fee and an initial 75% deposit based on estimated costs.
