Description
Each participating school district is required to maintain general commercial liability and property insurance, and worker compensation insurance. General commercial liability and property insurance coverage bodily injury, property damage, personal injury and "errors and omissions" insurance in the minimum amount of $3,000,000. The term of agreement between the participating school districts is for a period of one (1) year, beginning July 1, 2025, and ending June 30, 2026.
