RTD’s Board is being asked to authorize a five-year contract with New Flyer of America, Inc. to purchase 47 articulated buses for the East Colfax BRT route at a not-to-exceed cost of $66,956,435, including tariffs. The agreement also provides an option to acquire up to 80 additional buses during the contract term.
