Jefferson Parish School District Awards $447,750 Professional Services Contract to Caissa Public Strategy (July 2025)

Jefferson Parish School District has contracted with Caissa Public Strategy dba Caissa K12 for a student recruitment campaign. The contract runs from July 3, 2025, to November 30, 2025, with an option to renew for an additional year. The price is $995 per student for both phase 1 & phase 2, only paid after students are enrolled for a minimum of 90 days through November 30, 2025. The agreement caps expenditure at $447,750 per year, which funds shall be paid to the Contractor by the Board in accordance with the Budget/Fee Schedule set forth in Attachment B. Payment will not be made until after services are rendered.
