DHS contractor to process SBAP claims for FY 2026-27

The Pennsylvania Department of Human Services continues its agreement with Sivic Solutions Group to process School-Based ACCESS Program direct service and administrative claims for Pine-Richland School District in FY 2026-2027. SSG will receive per-claim fees for direct services and transportation and quarterly fees for MAC processing, deducted from the district’s Medicaid reimbursements.
