Description
Owen County School System entered into an MOU with Hope’s Hands, Inc. to provide school-based substance use prevention programming funded by the Kentucky Opioid Abatement Prevention Grant from July 2026 through July 31, 2028. The district will furnish office space and student access while Hope’s Hands delivers evidence-based programs and complies with school policies.
