The Montana Department of Transportation will fund safety upgrades at the Iron Mountain Heights Road railroad crossing through Section 130 funds and enter into a tri-party agreement with the Town and BNSF Railway. The State has supplied a draft agreement that is currently under legal and insurance review by the Town.
