The City of Olympia plans to apply to the Washington State Historical Society’s 2027-2029 Heritage Capital Projects grant program to help fund HVAC upgrades at the historic Olympia Armory. The grant would provide up to $1,000,000 in state funding matched by at least $2,000,000 already committed by the City for Phase 1 renovations.
