The City of Thousand Oaks approved a three-year piggyback agreement with SHI International Corp. to renew Microsoft licensing and maintenance services for a not-to-exceed total of $1,316,446 from June 1, 2026, through May 31, 2029. The City Manager was authorized to execute purchase documents and adjust quantities within the agreement.
