District Expands URS Retirement Savings Plan Options

The North Tooele Fire Protection District Board approved an updated Defined Contribution Service Agreement with Utah Retirement Systems to offer expanded 401(k) and 457(b), including Roth options, to eligible employees. The resolution continues and extends an employer match of up to 2% of gross annual salary across all URS defined contribution savings plans, effective upon URS acceptance.
