West Columbia City Council will consider a resolution suspending for 45 days the effective date of a proposed natural gas rate increase by Centerpoint Energy Resources Corp. d/b/a Centerpoint Energy Entex and Centerpoint Energy Texas Gas, Texas Coast Division under the Gas Reliability Infrastructure Program. The resolution also authorizes the city’s continued participation in the Texas Coast Utilities Coalition of cities.
