Description
The New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation confirms that Hudson Highlands Fjord Trail, Inc. will construct, operate, and maintain the Hudson Highlands Fjord Trail between Beacon and Cold Spring under a cooperative agreement to be supplemented and then replaced by a long-term operation and maintenance agreement. HHFT must secure sufficient financing for each construction phase and is obligated to implement mitigation measures and monitoring programs identified in the FGEIS and its exhibits.
