Allocation not to exceed one-half (1/2) of the Basic Allotment for K-2 students and one fourth (1/4) of the Basic Allotment for qualifying Pre-K students, less a five percent (5%) administrative fee; one-half (1/2) of any excess funding over initial estimate paid after settle-up

Initial term commencing on execution date and ending on unspecified date, with automatic one-year renewals commencing July 1 each year unless terminated with 30–90 days’ written notice

Agreement automatically renews for one-year terms commencing July 1 of each calendar year if neither party terminates. Initial term may be terminated only by mutual written consent; thereafter, either party may terminate at the end of a term with written notice at least 30 days (successive terms) or 90 days (initial term) before conclusion. Financial allocation terms may be renegotiated 90 days prior to the next school year, with changes incorporated into a new agreement.
