Great Oaks Electives CTE Shared-Services MOU Template

Clermont Northeastern Local Schools is preparing to enter a Memorandum of Understanding with Great Oaks Career Campuses for the Great Oaks Electives shared-services program. Under the agreement, Great Oaks will provide CTE-26 program approval, oversight, EMIS and funding administration, retaining 40% of base funds while the Affiliate district receives the remaining base funds and all categorical funding for VM and VT pathways. The initial term will cover two school years, with options for up to three two-year successor contracts subject to board approvals and fund certification.

Renewal

Initial term is two school years with eligibility for three two-year successor contracts unless either party provides written non-renewal notice at least 90 days before the end of the current term. The agreement is also subject to non-appropriation; failure to appropriate funds permits termination at fiscal year end without breach. Amendments to courses, pathways, schedule, instructor duties, or funding split require a written instrument signed by both parties.
