County Proposes 10-Year Recology North Plains Franchise Renewal

Washington County staff presented a proposed 10-year renewal of the franchise agreement with Recology Oregon Compost, Inc. for operation of the Recology Organics - North Plains composting facility. The Garbage and Recycling Advisory Committee is asked to recommend that the Board approve the renewal under existing DEQ and county regulatory conditions.
