If DOLA terminates or reduces the grant, the City can terminate or amend this Agreement after notice while reimbursing FRH for eligible costs incurred or irrevocably committed and reasonable demobilization expenses. Infrastructure use cannot be changed for 10 years after grant close-out without potential repayment of fair market value attributable to state grant funds.
