TeamCo to Guarantee Key World Cup Financial Obligations

Forty Niners Football Company LLC is required to provide a financial guaranty backing Bay Area Host Committee’s obligations to reimburse public entities’ World Cup event costs, fund stadium improvements, and resolve claims from affected third parties.
