Seven-year refuse contract recommended to Waste Management

City of Plymouth staff recommend awarding a new seven-year residential refuse and recycling collection services contract to Waste Management starting January 1, 2027, based on lowest-cost proposals for both weekly and bi-weekly recycling. The Committee of the Whole must select the recycling frequency and annual adjustment method before a formal contract goes to the Common Council.
