Renewal

Initial five-year term with automatic renewals for successive one-year terms unless either party provides written notice of non-renewal at least thirty days before expiration. If Premier Cooperative issues non-renewal and the city leaves structures in place, Premier will reimburse depreciated structure cost over a ten-year straight-line schedule.
