Renewal

The undertaking continues for the life of the Series 2026A Bonds and terminates upon legal defeasance, prior redemption, or payment in full, or upon an opinion of nationally recognized bond counsel that failure to comply will not cause Participating Underwriters to violate SEC Rule 15c2-12. The City also reserves the right to rescind the certificate without bondholder consent if the Rule is repealed or ruled invalid.
