The Court of Common Council is asked to authorize a Memorandum of Agreement with the Connecticut Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection to assign a Hartford Police officer as a Regional Intelligence Liaison Officer at the Connecticut Intelligence Center. DESPP will reimburse the city $75,000 per year and provide equipment and training for the term April 1, 2026 through March 31, 2028.
