Harrisburg, LCRWS sign utility coordination agreement

$0.05 per meter per month (subject to annual adjustment)

UTILITIES

Effective upon execution in 2026; ongoing month-to-month, with annual adjustment option for administrative charge

Agreement is open-ended and may be supplemented by future written addenda for specific developments; LCRWS may adjust the per-meter administrative charge annually with at least 60 days’ prior written notice, subject to a cap of 5% or the prior-year CPI increase. Parties may later agree to an Option B arrangement under which the City would own and operate the water system and purchase water wholesale from LCRWS.
