Project completion no later than {{OPPORTUNITY_END_DATE @ “MMMM d, yyyy”}}; minimum 15-year useful life for capital improvements per Exhibit E

Grant agreement requires project completion by the specified Completion Date and, for capital construction, that the City operate, manage, and maintain the project for at least 15 years subject to annual appropriations. Extensions of the Completion Date may be requested under GOCO policies; GOCO may terminate or deauthorize funding if deadlines or conditions are not met. No automatic renewal is provided, but future funding would require separate GOCO approval.
