No direct cost to the City or partner agencies; Vendor operates on its own revenue; Housing Fee of $1,025.00 per month per station payable to hosting agencies; liquidated damages $500 per occurrence, capped at $5,000/month; training and evidentiary draw services separately compensable

TRANSPORTATION

Initial term September 1, 2026 – August 31, 2029, with automatic one-year renewal terms each September 1, subject to annual appropriation

Initial three-year term from 2026-09-01 through 2029-08-31, followed by automatic one-year renewal terms beginning each September 1, subject to annual appropriation by each Agency. Either Vendor or all then-participating Agencies may terminate without cause with written notice by September 30 effective the following January 1; individual Agencies may withdraw with written notice by August 31 effective the following January 1. Housing Fee may be adjusted for each Renewal Term only by mutual written agreement and capped by CPI for the Denver-Aurora-Lakewood area and fair market value. Vendor must maintain required insurance and may face liquidated damages for specified performance failures.
