UMass Boston studio to plan Franklin downtown revitalization

The Town of Franklin Economic Development Subcommittee plans to engage the University of Massachusetts Boston Urban Planning Studio to conduct a two-semester downtown revitalization planning project from fall 2026 through spring 2027. Graduate students will research conditions, engage stakeholders, and prepare conceptual plans and implementation strategies for downtown Franklin.
