City, Caseyville Township Sign Sewer Fee Swap Deal

Caseyville Township and the City of Fairview Heights entered into an intergovernmental agreement under which the Township will waive sewer tap-in and connection fees for the City’s Pleasant Ridge Park and REC Fieldhouse projects. In exchange, the City will perform oil and chip surfacing of the Township’s baseball diamond parking lot by September 30, 2026.
