The East Lansing Public Library maintains a Memorandum of Understanding with the Friends of the East Lansing Public Library, effective since September 2022, governing use of library space for Marsha’s Friendshop, book sorting, fundraising, and donations in support of library programs and services. The agreement continues until either party provides 90 days’ written termination notice.
