The City of Burnet City Council will formally terminate negotiations with Hardesty & Hanover, LLC for professional design services on the Pedestrian Bridge Project, after failing to reach agreement on scope and fees. This action supersedes earlier selection authority in Resolution R2026-47 and clears the way to negotiate with the next most qualified firm under Texas Government Code Section 2254.004.
