Temporary staging easement until construction completion, and landscaping easement until City determines Alley Parcel needed for another purpose, each terminable on 30 days’ notice

Renewal

Temporary staging easement terminates automatically upon completion of construction of the Entire Grantee Property or 30 days after written notice from the City when the alley is needed for another use. Landscaping easement remains until the City determines the alley is needed for another purpose and may then be terminated on 30 days’ written notice. Agreement may only be amended by written consent of current owners of the Alley Parcel and Grantee Property.
