Superintendent search engagement; contract may be terminated by either party with 14 days’ written notice; placement guarantee up to 1 year (or 2 years if majority of Board remains and departure due to dissatisfaction)

Engagement may be terminated by either party with at least 14 days’ written notice; if the hired Superintendent departs within one year (or within two years with a majority of the Board still in place and departure due to dissatisfaction), Ray & Associates will conduct a replacement search at no additional professional fee aside from travel, advertising, and due diligence expenses.
