Initial SaaS term of one (1) year from implementation or 60 days from Effective Date, with automatic annual renewals for two (2) successive one‑year periods at then‑current rates

Agreement specifies an Initial Term of one year from implementation or 60 days from Effective Date, automatically renewing annually for two additional one‑year periods at then‑current rates unless the Customer provides written non‑renewal notice at least 60 days before the end of the Initial or any Renewal Term. Late payments may incur interest, and renewal fees are invoiced prior to term expiration.
