The Board is asked to approve a three-year Aircraft Rescue Fire Fighting and Emergency Medical Services agreement with All Terrain Fire Support, Inc., valued at $830,040.00 for the first year including mobilization and weekly service payments. The contract replaces an expired ProTec Fire Services arrangement and provides dedicated ARFF and EMS staffing, training, and readiness for Mojave Air and Space Port.
