County Discontinues Cloud Permit Software System

Charlotte County previously implemented the Cloud Permit software to automate permitting and code enforcement but discontinued the system after assessing that it did not adequately meet county needs. Staff are now evaluating alternative permitting software solutions for possible inclusion in the FY2028 budget.
