The City of Hobbs renewed its professional services agreement with KimJoy Group, LLC for the management of the restaurant and catering service at Rockwind Community Links Golf Course for FY27. The agreement provides for a $1,000 monthly payment to the City plus 3% of gross sales, and allows the City special event participation.
