The Waxhaw Board of Commissioners is considering approval of a modified agreement with Pulte Homes governing traffic mitigation obligations for the Preserve at Forest Creek subdivision, including phased release of certificates of occupancy pending installation of a traffic signal. If approved, the Town Manager will be authorized to finalize and execute the agreement consistent with terms discussed in closed session.
