The City of Thousand Oaks approved a First Amendment with HDR Engineering, Inc. for up to $592,350 to provide additional design plans and specifications for the Hill Canyon Treatment Plant Biosolids Conveying and Storage Improvements Project through June 30, 2027. Funding will come from the Wastewater Fund’s capital improvements account.
