On November 5, 2020, the Sonoma Clean Power Board approved a third amendment to its contract with TLCD Architecture for Advanced Energy Center services, authorizing up to $99,100 in additional work. The FPPC later determined Board member Melanie Bagby had a disqualifying financial interest because her business had received income from TLCD.
