The Traverse City DDA Board approved an agreement with the City of Traverse City to reimburse up to $2,954,217.68 in construction and construction management costs for the Farmers Market Pavilion and Lot B stormwater infrastructure using TIF-97 funds. The agreement is contingent on approval as to form by the DDA Attorney.
