Either party may terminate effective at the end of the Initial Term with at least 30 days’ prior written notice; if not terminated, the Agreement continues in force until either party gives at least 30 days’ written notice specifying a termination date, after which no further marketing fees, marketing support, product support or rebates are owed beyond what is expressly stated. CCBCC may terminate at any time for Cause and holds a right of first refusal on any subsequent beverage agreement for 60 days after expiration or termination.
