Description

The Nogales City Council approved Resolution R2026-01-004 authorizing applications to the Water Infrastructure Finance Authority of Arizona for up to $10 million in Clean Water and Drinking Water State Revolving Fund loans. The loans will finance water and wastewater capital improvement projects and be repaid from utility and other designated revenues.
