We estimate that our annual fees for the audit of the Charter School will be $23,700 and $5,500 for the LLC for the years ending June 30, 2026 and 2027, respectively. Tax return preparation for the Charter School will be $2,150, for the LLC $1,250, and $1,250 for the Foundation for the fiscal years ending June 30, 2026 and 2027, respectively. We estimate that our annual fees for the Single Audit, if applicable, will be $7,500 and $1,750 for the SFSAC filings for the years ending June 30, 2026 and 2027, respectively.
