School Board Extends Fries Cottage Lease Agreement

The Grayson County School Board approved extending its lease of the Fries School Home Economics Cottage to the Fries Wildcats Sports Convention Committee for an initial five-year term with options for up to four additional five-year renewals. The Committee will maintain and improve the property in lieu of rent and reimburse the Board for electricity while carrying renter’s insurance.
