City, School District pact for evacuation site

The City of Baraboo plans to enter into an intergovernmental agreement with the School District of Baraboo allowing the District to use the City-owned Civic Center as an evacuation and reunification site during school emergencies. The agreement runs from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, includes up to two drills per year, and specifies that no operational fees will be charged to the District.
