ClassDojo, Inc. has executed a General Offer of Privacy Terms under the Illinois NDPA, extending to subscribing LEAs the same privacy protections provided to Peoria County Regional Office of Education ROE 48. Lyons Elementary School District 103 may utilize these terms when entering its own service agreement with ClassDojo for educational technology services.
