One (1) year from date of last signature, renewable for subsequent one-year terms with 90 days’ notice required for non-renewal or early termination

Initial term is one year from the date of last signature. The agreement may be renewed for successive one-year terms upon mutual written agreement of the parties. Either party may terminate without cause with at least ninety (90) days’ written notice before the end of the then-current term.
