Description
Leesburg will enter a Reject Effluent Facilities Agreement with RIB Solutions, LLC, allowing the company to build and then donate a reject water pump station and pipeline segment from the City’s Turnpike Plant to the county line. In return, the City gains a long-term disposal route for reject effluent while assuming future maintenance of the dedicated line segment.
